QUALITY OBJECTIVE

To boost the excellence of staff and students holistically, through academic programs featuring future-ready curricula and the strengthening of internationalization.

To boost research, publication, consultation, and commercialization.

To produce holistic graduates who excel in terms of morals, academics, entrepreneurship, and community service.

To empower financial management and wealth generation.

To produce high-performing human capital and governance, along with a quality service delivery system.

To strengthen the UPSI brand and establish a sustainable educational ecosystem.

CLIENT CHARTER

Counter Service:

All matters will be attended to within five (5) minutes.

Academic Handbook:

Ensuring the Faculty’s Academic Handbook is accessible within three (3) weeks from the date of admission for new students each academic session.

Instructional Plan (RI):

Ensuring the Instructional Plan (RI) / Course Pro Forma can be accessed via MyGURU during the first week of lectures.

Coursework Marks:

Ensuring coursework marks are displayed for student review by the 13th week of lectures.

Academic Guidance:

Ensuring students receive academic guidance and counseling at least three (3) times per semester.

Program Approvals:

Ensuring all applications for completed activities/programs receive feedback regarding approval within seven (7) working days.

Facility Readiness:

Ensuring that equipment and hardware for laboratories, workshops, and studios are ready for use no later than 10 minutes before lectures begin.

Complaint Response:

A response to complainants must be made within one (1) working day to acknowledge that the complaint has been received and is being resolved.
